About Jorge Gonzalez
My practice focuses on cross-border M&A and joint venture transactions, global corporate reorganizations and restructuring projects, as well as international distribution and other commercial agreements. I also help US companies evaluate options and implement plans for expansion of international operations and address issues relating to the establishment, maintenance or closure of such operations. I have been doing this for over 20 years for companies in a wide range of industries and countries all over the world. It is a challenging practice because of the variety and complexity of issues that can arise but I enjoy it tremendously and learn something new from it every day.
