I have over 20 years of experience in finance. In asset management I bring to the table a unique combination of PM, research analyst and trader experiences. This is supplemented by years in underwriting and operation roles (CFO). This also led to years of flawless underwriting credit in structured, cross border financings, loans, mezzanine financing and private investments. Further my experience ranges up/down the capital structure and across credit classes from IG to HY to distress globally.For going concerns my skills ensure careful oversight, proper accounting and diligent anticipation of capital and liquidity needs together with comfort in negotiating contracts and dealing with vendors.I am tireless, detail oriented and lead through my accomplishments.
