Ensure smooth operation of material support for the Canadian Department of National Defence FWSAR fleet. Deliver on-the-job (OJT) training to FWSAR materiel technicians. Lead the establishment of a sustainable Material Support Framework at AirPro and the Demand Logistic and Ordering Networks. Collaborate with the Chief Operations Officer and Head of the supply chain to ensure the comprehensive transfer of knowledge. Provide guidance on all operational activities related to spares, repairs, warranty management, transportation, and warehousing at the site. Facilitate workshops and training. Program: C-295 FWSAR
