Member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives across Reinhart warehouses and transportation departments- Network Strategy: Lead cross functional teams in the analysis of DC footprint to change coverage, consolidate, expand or build new DCs, resulting in a 3-5 year network plan - Technology Strategy: Business champion in the design and implementation of new warehouse management system. Provide leadership to dedicated team of 20+ employees and contractors for last 2 years over different phases of the project - Operations Excellence: Lead the development and implementation of Reinhart\'s best practice program aimed at prioritizing and solving the most impactful problems with solutions involving technology, front line engagement and development and management infrastructure
