   As a PM II at SoCalGas, I lead complex integrity assessment projects within the Transmission Integrity Management Program (TIMP), ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations (49 CFR 192). My role involves end-to-end project management across all phases of the integrity assessment process, including pre-assessment planning, inspection, direct examination, and post-assessment reporting.I coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal departments, municipalities, regulators, and third-party vendors, to meet critical compliance deadlines and safety objectives. I oversee vendor procurement, contract negotiation, permitting, and the integration of assessment data into enterprise systems to enhance risk management and operational decision-making. Additionally, I contribute to process improvements, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage regulatory inquiries, providing detailed documentation and justification as needed.With expertise in multiple integrity assessment methodologies, I ensure the successful execution of projects that safeguard pipeline integrity while driving efficiency and regulatory compliance.
