Lead the sustaining engineering team for Stellerax drug eluting catheter manufacturing. Work with an incredible team to implement best practices for continuous process improvements projects. Act as primary contact for product industrialization/sustaining R&D teams. Responsible for CAPAs, and day-to-day sustaining engineering activities to ensure delivery of quality products to our customers. Responsible for Facilities management activites of the manufacturing site. Ensure the right talent is attracted to the team and work to develop direct reports to support the needs of a growing business. Set strategic direction for the manufacturing engineering team, assess current gaps and build organizational capabilities with an eye to the future.
