Public and private sector experience working in the planning, design, and construction of Civil, Environmental, Water Resources, and Water Utilities Capital Improvement projects. • Brown and Caldwell - Deputy Project Manager of the A-2 Storm Treatment Area (A-2 STA) CEPP project for the SFWMD. The project is composed of 6,500 acres of treatment area, three (3) pump stations, eleven (11) inflow and outflow structures, two (2) spillway structures, one (1) discharge structure, and over 16 miles of canals for inflow, distribution, collection and outflow systems. The treatment capacity of the STA is 800 cfs. The estimated construction cost is $200 Million.(2019 to Present)• Brown and Caldwell- Project Manager of various Capital Improvement projects with Miami Dade Water and Sewer Department and Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department.(2017 to Present)• South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD)- As Regional Manager lead the planning, design and construction of Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CERP) projects in the Miami Dade Region (20••••04).• Completed the Biscayne Bay Coastal Wetlands and Spreader Canal, Phase 1 CERP projects (2004 to 2012). • Served as the SFWMD’s liaison with the Village of Wellington for the successful completion of the Acme Basin B project (20••••10). • Has served as SFWMD’s liaison with the US Army Corp of Engineers in the planning, design and construction of several Everglades Restoration projects in south Florida.(2002 to 2017). • PBC Water Utilities Department - Completed the planning, design and construction of several Capital Improvements projects, including the Southern Region Operations Center (SROC), Customer Service Center and WTP # 9 Membrane Treatment Facility (19••••01).• As Project Engineer with the consulting engineering firm of Post Buckley, Schuh, and Jernigan, Inc. participated in the design of the Water Treatment Plant and Water Supply projects (1985-87).• Recognitions: o Employee of the Month, February 2010 o Project Delivery Team of the Year, 2011 o Team of the Month, December 2012 o Team of the Year, 2012 o Team of the Month, April 2015• American Society of Civil Engineers, Palm Beach Branch: o Government Engineer of the Year Award, 2002• American Society of Civil Engineers: o Florida Section President, 20••••07 o Lead efforts to complete the Florida Infrastructure Report Card, 20••••08 o Region 5 Governor and Vice-Chairman of the Board, 20••••11.
