As Site Director, I lead school-based programming that supports student achievement, team performance, and partnership alignment across a complex urban education environment. I manage a team of 10+ instructional Fellows, oversee a Math Lab class supporting freshman algebra proficiency, and serve as a strategic liaison between school leadership and my organization.Key contributions: • Team Leadership & Coaching: Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development to Fellows through training, SMART goals, observation cycles, and monthly check-ins. • Instructional Strategy: Created aligned curriculum supports, classroom systems, and data-driven interventions to close achievement gaps and build student agency. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Bridge gaps between school partners and program goals—aligning with math departments, counselors, and administrators to share academic data and progress. • Program Design: Developed systems like a misconception tracker, monthly grade checks, and Leadership Fellow tools to promote consistency, autonomy, and daily operational excellence. • Conflict Management: Address challenges through reflective coaching and equitable solutions, improving morale and accountability across the team. • Equity & Inclusion: Champion student-centered approaches that reflect cultural responsiveness and drive postsecondary readiness for historically underserved communities.
