I had to familiarize myself with the golf course, including distances, hazards, and course layout, to provide accurate advice to the golfer. Assisting golfers by recommending appropriate clubs based on the course conditions and the golfer’s position. Carry and manage the golfer\'s bag, ensuring all equipment is available and organized throughout the round. Maintaining course conditions by repairing divots, and raking bunkers. Provding support and motivation helping maintain a positive attitude during rounds. The skills I gained during this postion is atention to detail, I developed observational skills, understanding the course and golfer preferences to provide tailored support. This job enhanced my communication skills improving my ability to communicate effectively, offering concise advice and clear instructions to enhance the golfer’s experience. I learned to analyze different situations on the course and quickly offer solutions to assist golfers in making better decisions. I gained experience in working collaboratively with others to achieve a common goal. Additionally, my physical stamina was enhanced by managing the demands of the job, including walking long distances and carrying heavy equipment. This experience sharpened my interpersonal and leadership abilities while instilling a deep appreciation for precision, hard work, and adaptability in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
