With over seven years of experience in program and project management, human resources, and data analysis, I am passionate about driving university and DEIB programs at Sprinklr, the leading customer experience management platform. In my current role, I manage the end-to-end process of hiring, onboarding, and developing diverse talent from universities across the country, as well as creating and implementing DEIB initiatives and events to foster an inclusive and equitable culture at Sprinklr.
