ABOUT JORDON JOHNSON

Hello everyone,I\'m a proud father of three who enjoys spending time with my family, watching anime, and woodworking. I enjoy building custom closets, garage storage, and working with my hands. I\'m a long term thinker but at times I\'ll turn my brain off to enjoy the moment. I love to laugh and live in the moment. With over four years of experience as a Construction Manager at Lennar, I am responsible for 15+ million dollars in company assets, creating overall organizational value, scheduling and supervising daily trade partner activities, overseeing the construction, inspection and scheduling of homes, and conducting meetings and final presentations with homeowners. I ensure that all work is in compliance with city, county, state, and OSHA requirements and building codes, and that customer satisfaction is achieved.In addition to my construction management skills, I am also a certified craftsman and seller of sweetgrass baskets, a historic product native to the Charleston area. I have been keeping the family tradition of this craft since the age of 8, and have generated thousands in sales over the years. I have also instructed others in the ways of creating a basket, and have a minor in Fine Arts from The Citadel. Furthermore, I am a Sergeant in the Army National Guard, where I have supported various operations, led teams in construction projects, and trained junior enlisted soldiers. I live and lead by \"The Golden Rule\" and instill those principles into my team.
