Hi, my name is Jordon — welcome to my page! I’m an Ohio University senior and young entrepreneur who is ambitious, driven, and passionate about chasing big goals and learning as much as I can along the way. I care a lot about persistence, being coachable, and doing things the right way even when it takes longer.Right now, I’m building my own business, Lebron Realty Investments, LLC, an early-stage real estate investment company working toward its first acquisition in 2026. The company is focused on starting in residential and small multifamily real estate, with a focus on learning the business the right way, building strong relationships, and putting long-term systems in place from day one.My background includes student-led ventures, media projects, sales roles, and investing programs. Through those experiences I’ve built skills in sales, business development, networking, public speaking, project management, leadership, marketing strategy, and due diligence, along with a foundation in commercial real estate fundamentals and investing concepts. Those experiences taught me how to start things from scratch, work through setbacks, and keep improving over time.Through short-form video content, I share practical advice for students and young professionals on entrepreneurship, career development, and making the most of college. As I move deeper into real estate, I’m shifting my content toward documenting the journey—what I’m learning, how I’m applying it inside LRI, and the real decisions and lessons along the way.I’m always open to connecting with real estate professionals, students, entrepreneurs, investors, and anyone who resonates with my journey or wants to collaborate and share ideas.
