ABOUT JORDEN C. SEGRAVES

Jorden Segraves is a LEED Accredited Professional, NCARB Certified Licensed Architect in the State of California. As principal of Jorden Segraves Architect: Inc. he looks to deliver an integrated “in balance” approach to full service design and architectural through the application of Sustainability, Leadership in Energy Environmental Design (LEED) and Build it Green (BIG) principles and services. Jorden Segraves also looks to facilitate market education and transformation through providing outside consulting services to other firms, building owners and companies. His firm specializes in the design and documentation restaurant / hospitality, retail, multifamily and mixed use sustainable projects; while consulting on projects which range in size from square foot community buildings to 1.7 million square foot community transit districts.His design approach looks to minimize and conserve our natural and manmade resources, through the application of passive and natural design principles, low to no cost technology integration and the application of technology and systems.He was a founding Chair of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) – Orange County Chapter and past elected Chair for the USGBC - Pacific Coast Region (PRC). Jorden has also served as elected representative of the PRC to the USGBC National Chapter Steering Committee.
