Godel Technologies is an agile nearshore software development partner, headquartered in Manchester. For more than 20 years, Godel has provided fully managed, highly skilled software engineering resourcing solutions to some of the UK’s leading household names in building industry disruptive, business-critical solutions by extending their development capacity. Godel has identified and understood several common challenges that tech leaders need to navigate whilst successfully scaling software engineering in their company. Godel’s mission is to become the most respected nearshore software development company in Europe.Having developed both a meticulous eye for detail and strong client engagement skills I now work alongside and support the the CEO, CFO, CIO, CTO, VP Finance, VP Sales, VP Marketing, on a daily basis with operational management, and promoting continuous improvement principles across the multiple divisions. Main responsibilities include conducting detailed financial analysis to support, developing and maintaining financial forecasts to ensure accurate budgeting and financial planning, building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity, overseeing contracts with both customers and suppliers to ensure compliance and optimal terms, serving as the main IT contact for the Manchester office, ensuring all systems run smoothly, and leading the delivery of complex solutions to meet business needs.
