Work is weird, and I’m learning how to make it better.I’m an HR practitioner who’s not just doing work - I’m studying it in real time through my doctoral studies in organizational psychology.By day, I support 200+ Petsense stores across the country as an HR Generalist. My role sits at the intersection of HR and learning, supporting team member relations while designing and delivering training that equips people to do their jobs better. By night, I’m deep in research on leadership, organizational development, team dynamics, and how organizations actually function.
