Key responsibilities include the negotiation and drafting of partnership agreements, counseling business leaders on deal structure, managing risk, developing playbooks, interpreting applicable regulatory guidance, and facilitating collaboration with other key stakeholders across the company such as data security, privacy, engineering, and product development.Negotiating first-to-market broker partnerships between Credit Karma and several mortgage lenders while advising on the successful development and launch of the “CK Home Loans” product, through which Credit Karma acts as a mortgage broker on behalf of members applying for mortgages through its marketplace.
