I\'m currently a Customer Success Manager at Cerkl, where I help clients use our Broadcast software to better communicate with their organizations. I listen, educate and advocate in a way that guides clients and moves the needle forward.With over 6 years of experience in customer success management and business development, I have a track record of success in prior roles. Awards I\'ve achieved include: Gartner\'s Winners Circle (2021), MSU Greenline\'s \"Supervisor of The Year\"(2020) and MSU Greenline\'s \"Rookie of The Year\"(2018).I recently served as the Vice President of Education for my local Toastmasters Club, which is a public speaking club.
