ABOUT JORDAN TETREAU
Driver of innovation - Builder of physical environments - Cultivator of community - Developer of relationships Jordan is President of MINT Projects, a boutique general contracting firm specializing in environmentally responsible design-build construction projects across the medical professional, office, retail and light industrial sectors. He is also Co-founder of TradeSpace, a first-of-its-kind Co-Warehousing community with the simple mission of helping its members reach their full business potential. TradeSpace offers on-demand flexible warehouse space, office amenities and fulfilment services to businesses in the e-commerce, light manufacturing and construction sectors. In 2020 Jordan and his partner Daniel were awarded Avenue Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 to recognize their innovation and community impact with TradeSpace. Jordan has been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 2007 and he earned a Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Calgary in 2014. He currently holds a volunteer position on the Programming Committee for the Urban Land Institute (ULI Alberta). When he is not touring construction sites or collaborating with members at TradeSpace, Jordan is deep in the mountains surrounded by nature and his family.
