Responsible for reviewing and evaluating future flight schedules with an operational lens, focused specifically on 1-2 United hub locations and/or line stations. Collaborate with airports, the NOC, other operational groups, and Network Planning to align on future schedules, develop criteria, and drive operational performance through schedule design.• Review and evaluate ops feasibility for upcoming schedule periods (up to 12 months in advance of departure)• Determine need for new schedule criteria to meet operation’s needs, evaluate feasibility of new criteria in existing and future schedule plans, and present proposals to Ops and Network Planning leadership• Liaise and partner with Network Planning organization on schedule adjustments to drive significant operational performance• Represent Operations Planning group at hub and station visits, collaborating with operational leadership to ensure strong communication and alignment between planning and execution functions regarding schedule design and station capabilities• Prepare materials for executive-level presentations to Operations and/or Commercial leadership
