   Jordan Rosenthal is a Partner with Empire Search Partners’ market-leading National Partner Practice, representing law firm partners and leading national and international law firms. Jordan also has significant experience with executive level in-house searches, and representing senior attorneys in the federal government when transitioning back to private practice. Jordan advises partners across a wide range of practice areas, including litigation, restructuring, project finance, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity. He is considered one of the country’s preeminent law firm partner recruiters in the conventional and alternative energy sectors, where he regularly represents some of the biggest names in the industry. Prior to joining Empire Search Partners, Jordan was a Director in the Partners, Groups & Mergers Division in the Miami and Washington, DC, offices of another leading national search firm. As a member of a team that was involved in numerous law firm mergers and group acquisitions, Jordan was instrumental in launching new offices for some of the most successful firms in the country. Prior to becoming a search professional, Jordan practiced for several years as a commercial litigator in New York City. Before practicing law, Jordan founded a pioneering internet company that became the exclusive provider of all fantasy sports games for FoxSports.com. His company was later sold to Fox Sports, a division of News Corporation. Jordan received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from Lehigh University. Jordan divides his time between the firm’s Washington, DC and New York City offices.
