Additional Experience includes- Perform weekly review of value stream financials, quality, and delivery KPI\'s to support Plant Manager - Forecast monthly value stream shipments against open customer orders to identify gaps and set KPI targets - Review incoming customer purchase orders against available value stream capacity and booked orders - Dispatch and prioritize manufacturing areas within value stream while also ensuring to optimize labor allocation - Interact with customers directly with all issues concerning quality and delivery including weekly open order updates - Created annual CAPEX budget for value stream to ensure sales growth targets are supported - Supported sales growth of value stream by nearly 100% year over year ($30+ million in 2023)
