Highly technical leader with decades of in-depth hands on experience supplemented by years of team, organization, and charter leadership experience. I have lead teams and organizations from 4 to 150 people, implementing new technologies, and re-architecting existing technologies to meet new and future demands. Before that I accrued 15 years of dev/eng experience (8 years of fortune 50 company experience, 4 years at one of the world\'s largest cloud providers) doing OS, software development, and hyper-scale and hyper-edge deployment (DevOps before it was a formalized practice) in environments with over devices leveraging cutting edge technologies including machine learning and computer vision giving me a unique perspective on large scale deployment scenarios. With proficiency in all current major operation systems, cloud providers, on-prem, and hybrid solutions diverse hardware agnostic OS heterogeneous massive scale environments and complex configurations are my specialty, but that experience also relates to helping startups and high growth organizations plan and build for accelerated growth/platform transition/investment injection with future proofing or pioneering implementation strategies in mind.
