I act as a consultant to 20+ AI product teams and their strategic leadership within HCA Healthcare’s Digital Transformation & Innovation (DT & I) department to provide guidance on technical product operations. My focus is on bridging the gap between the strategic and the technical—equipping and empowering product teams to build next-generation AI solutions safely, efficiently, and scalably for clinicians, patients, and end users across the country.
