I started my career in general insurance at Aviva and went on to build a business services function within the Commercial Bank at Lloyds Banking Group. I left Financial Services to run the business functions of an Academy in Norfolk before converting the operation into a Multi Academy Trust. My current focus is on running Enrich Learning Trust, a family of schools across Norfolk with Primary, Secondary and 6th Form pupils looking to achieve the next stage of their educational or employment journey.
