ABOUT JORDAN OLAREWAJU

Hey, I’m Jordan Olarewaju. I’m a Rhetoric major with minors in Business and Black Studies at Wabash College, with a strong interest in how communication shapes decision-making, relationships, and organizational culture.On campus, I serve as the Internal Affairs Chair for the Malcolm X Institute of Black Studies, where I help plan and execute programming focused on leadership, mentorship, and community building. I’m also a member of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee’s Communication Committee and compete in Track and Field. All experiences that have strengthened my discipline, adaptability, and ability to work within team-based environments.Professionally, I’ve gained experience in corporate problem-solving through the Eli Lilly Student-Athlete Micro Project, where my team developed strategic sales/marketing recommendations, and I was recognized as the MVP and received the Game Changer Awards. I currently work as a Brand Ambassador with Renewal by Andersen, building experience in customer engagement, lead generation, and clear value-based communication.I’m interested in opportunities that combine communication, business strategy, and real-world impact, particularly in areas like real estate, marketing, or corporate roles.
