About Jordan Mould
I’m a purpose driven business development leader who thrives at the intersection of health, technology and people. My career began in athletics, where I trained elite and collegiate athletes and managed operations at one of the Chicago area’s largest indoor baseball facilities. Those hands on roles taught me the value of coaching, teamwork and resilience, qualities I still draw on today.In the years that followed I broadened my commercial skill set. As a logistics account executive and recruiter I identified and generated new business across industries and connected companies with top IT talent. At Les Mills US I moved from customer operations to business development, eventually leading revenue growth initiatives and providing in‑depth market analysis for the fitness sector. Each role has deepened my ability to forge strong relationships, craft strategy and deliver results.Today I serve as Director of Business Development, Wellness at Vi, the market‑leading enterprise‑AI platform for digital health. I help health and wellness enterprises leverage AI to increase engagement, retention and health outcomes for millions of members.
