ABOUT JORDAN MORGAN

With over 15 years of high-level management experience in the hospitality, food and beverage, and sales industries, I am a passionate and dynamic leader who builds high-performing teams and executes strategic visions to increase sales and profitability. My core competencies include business operations, budgeting and cost controls, event planning, networking, social media marketing, recruiting, training and developing future leaders. For the last five years, I was the Food and Beverage Director, Clubhouse Manager and Event Coordinator at Canyon Meadows Golf & Country Club, a 900-member premiere private golf club and the proud host of the PGA Champions Tour Shaw Charity Classic event since 2013. I oversaw the operations of the food and beverage department, revitalized the operation, reduced operating costs by $350K, and increased member sales by 20% in 2021 despite COVID-19 restrictions. I also coordinated and managed the food and beverage aspects of the Shaw Charity Classic event, ensuring a successful and memorable experience for the guests, sponsors, and players. Before joining Canyon Meadows, I spent nine years working for Earls Kitchen + Bar, operating multi-million dollar restaurants in senior management positions, opening six new restaurants as a corporate trainer, and facilitating the teaching of numerous leadership programs. My mission is to deliver exceptional service and quality to every customer, partner, and stakeholder, and to create a positive and engaging culture for my team.
