Assist in the design, implementation and execution of a strategic and sustainable Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) framework across HOOPP.• Oversee the identification and documentation of key IT processes and information technology general controls (ITGCs), and obtain an in depth understanding of the key risks and mitigating controls. • Lead the development and execution of ICFR test plans and work collaboratively with internal and external auditors to complete the testing. • Work with various stakeholders across the organization to conduct walkthroughs and prepare and maintain detailed internal controls documentation. • Perform quality reviews on the work performed by the ICFR testers and provide guidance on testing methodology as required.• Provide oversight on the management of remediation plans created to resolve deficiencies. • Assist in developing and facilitating education sessions to allow stakeholders to develop an understanding of the ICFR program and design and implementation of key controls for their area.• Manage and coordinate the SOC1 & SOC2 review process with stakeholders.• Prepare reporting to senior management and the Audit & Finance Committee.• Lead in the data cleansing, file organization and process enhancement for all ICFR documentation within WDesk, HOOPP’s ICFR system.• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert on internal controls for the organization.• Lead and perform ad-hoc project evaluations requested by business partners (system implementations, process automation, etc.)
