As a Talent Acquisition Lead at Diageo, I lead the strategic and operational delivery of end to end recruitment across the Supply Europe function, with a focus on attracting and retaining diverse and skilled talent. I have over 9 years of experience in talent acquisition and development, working with global and regional teams to align our hiring practices with our business goals and values.I am passionate about creating and implementing innovative recruitment solutions that prioritize skills-based hiring and enhance the candidate and stakeholder experience.
