Hi, there! I\'m Jordan (she/her/hers), a learning and performance professional who cares deeply about designing experiences that lead to real, sustained impact.I began my career in L&D as a Leadership Development Consultant in higher education before moving into learning experience design and performance strategy in the corporate world. Along the way, I’ve worked across instructional design, facilitation, evaluation, and client consulting — always with a focus on helping people apply what they learn in meaningful ways.Today, as the Product Manager for the Collective & Talent Network at Kirkpatrick Partners, I own and evolve the systems and experiences that members, facilitators, and clients rely on as ongoing resources for performance improvement and organizational impact. I partner closely with leaders to prioritize what matters most, strengthen engagement, and ensure these communities continue to grow in ways that are useful, relevant, and aligned with our mission.I’ve worn many hats throughout my L&D journey, including ILT and VILT facilitation, e-learning design and development, LMS administration, coaching, and evaluation.    As the Product Manager for the Kirkpatrick Collective and Talent Network, I own the direction and ongoing evolution of two products within the Kirkpatrick Partners ecosystem: the Kirkpatrick Collective, our learning platform and community membership, and the Kirkpatrick Talent Network, our talent solution line of business.I set priorities, guide improvements, and steward the overall experience for members, facilitators, and clients.
