ABOUT JORDAN KENDELL
I am the managing partner of Cutt Kendell & Olson. I have exclusively represented injury victims for my entire career. My practice includes all areas of personal injury with an emphasis on trucking accidents, construction accidents (road, residential, and commercial), bar liability, brain and spinal cord injuries, and wrongful death. I have helped my clients recover millions of dollars through settlement, arbitration, and trial. I have worked on cases in many different states, and I have tried cases in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. I have written and/or argued appeals to the Utah Supreme Court, the Utah Court of Appeals, and the Federal Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from my law school in 2005. Since then, I have been recognized as one of Utah’s Up-and-Coming Legal Elite by Utah Business Magazine, as well as one of Utah\'s Outstanding Young Lawyers by Salt Lake Magazine. From 20••••14, I was named a Rising Star by Mountain States Super Lawyers, and since 2015 I have been recognized as a Super Lawyer by Mountain States Super Lawyers. For the last several years, I have been named in US News\' Best Lawyers in America, and I was recently recognized in Best Lawyers as Lawyer of the Year for 2023 in Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiff - for the Salt Lake City region.
