I joined The Moment when Hostile Sheep merged with the team in 2024, bringing deep digital expertise to complement their world-class service design practice. Together, we’ve built solutions that combine system-level thinking with practical, user-focused digital design; including transforming a government property permitting service to redesigning nonprofit registration journeys.In 2025, we evolved our structure so Hostile Sheep could once again operate independently while I continued as an Associate Partner at The Moment. This lets us offer the best of both worlds: The Moment’s systemic, human-centered service design, and Hostile Sheep’s focused, high-impact digital design and research.We remain deeply aligned in values, with a shared commitment to helping organizations measure success in ways that go far beyond the financial bottom line.
