I am a service designer, facilitator, and strategist fascinated by human behavior. We’re complicated, weird, and incredible. The challenges we face today require dynamic, imaginative, and kind responses. Weaving together my experience in architecture, education, and strategy, I use design methodologies to break down complex issues, build trust and consensus among stakeholders, improve experiences for customers, and embrace the uncertainty involved in imagining what could be.Whether facilitating workshops or conducting generative research, I seek to listen well and bring an intuitive, empathetic, and questioning perspective to the work.
