My name is Jordan Hannan, and I am a student at the Darla Moore School of Business and the South Carolina Honors College. I plan on graduating in the spring of 2028. I am triple majoring in Real Estate, Finance, and Marketing. I currently work as a Marketing Content Creator at Kids Garden, which is helping me develop marketing research and graphic design skills. I also work at Carolina Meadows Retirement Community as a Financial Assistant, where I manage the legal, financial, and medical documents for over past and present residents. There, I completed building the skeleton of this system six months before my deadline. I am passionate about being the friendliest, most enthusiastic part of a sales interaction.My greatest strength is customer satisfaction. I have worked at Carolina Meadows as a Hostess for two years, where I organize dining layouts based heavily on accessibility, memory care, and resident preference. I work to remain efficient on the server communications side, while reading as patient, attentive, and enthusiastic with the residents. I know 600+ residents names, accommodations, and preferences before they walk in the door, resulting in consistently high resident satisfaction scores and wait times under two minutes for every guest.I am currently seeking internships in real estate and marketing to gain hands-on experience and deepen my understanding of these industries. I am excited to apply my academic knowledge and work experience to real-world challenges, and I am eager to learn from professionals in these fields.
