About Jordan Goldrich

Are you a leader who has an uncommon desire to succeed? Do you take charge, lead your team, and accomplish the mission? Are you never out of the fight? I believe you have a “warrior spirit” that is essential to the success of your company or organization in our volatile, complex, and uncertain times. I call them No-Bullshit Executives and know that most do not intend to hurt people. They want exceptional results. And, they are sometimes experienced as abrasive and occasionally called names like bully.I come to you as one of those leaders. I was born and raised in a New York City Housing project that was built for returning WWII veterans in a family that was loud by New York standards. As COO, I was part of the executive team that built a healthcare company from 4 employees to 65, an 800% revenue increase and a sale to a large insurance company. My direct style worked in a fast growing, entrepreneurial company. But not in a nonprofit insurance company. I eventually lost my job because I was experienced as too direct and tactless. I made the commitment to change and I have helped many other executives do the same. Would you like to know how to go from:• Pressured to be politically correct, overly polite and overly protective to RESPECTED with positive RELATIONSHIPS while taking RESULTS to an even higher level • Uncomfortable and criticized for not being “available” to be being seen as an approachable and RESPECTED leader.• Lacking perspective due to company politics to having a SAFE, CONFIDENTIAL and OBJECTIVE SOUNDING BOARD for CRITICAL DECISIONS.I am a Master Corporate Executive Coach, a Professional Certified Coach, a Chief Operations Officer and a retired California Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am Founder and CEO of Workplace Warrior, Inc. a firm that specializes in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. I am co-author of the Amazon best seller,\"Workplace Warrior: People Skills For The No-Bullshit Executive\" and host of the podcast Workplace Warrior: Drive Results WIthout Damaging Relationships. My 35 years’ experience includes working successfully with Fortune 500 Corporations, closely held and family owned business, government and non-profit organizations. Clients include executives and senior teams from California Coast Credit Union, Sempra Energy, San Diego Community College District, EastWestBank, Fisher Investments, Valspar, Sodexo, and others.
