He advanced through senior R&D leadership at a major U.S. contract manufacturer, scaling revenue from under $1 million to more than $20 million, and later designed and commissioned a high-volume oral care facility for global brands including Sensodyne, Aquafresh, Colgate, and Tom’s of Maine, executing qualification, validation, and IQ/OQ/PQ protocols to deliver over tubes per day and more than $80+ million in annual revenue. Jordan founded an R&D-centric contract manufacturing organization that achieved 11,500% revenue growth in three years, multiple fastest-growing awards, and Inc. 500 recognition. He co-founded NarcX Solutions, co-inventing a patented rapid drug-disposal technology that neutralizes fentanyl and other illicit substances, supporting the destruction of over $500 million in street drugs.
