My responsibilities include- Spearheading an AI innovation program, driving 10 high-impact \"quick wins\" and strategic \"big bets\" to advance workplace efficiency, sustainability, and smart operations across Cisco’s global real estate portfolio- Serving as the Green Building Certification Lead for all LEED & WELL initiatives, ensuring 20% of Cisco’s real estate meets the highest sustainability standards- Collaborating with the Real Estate team to embed sustainability into new leases and renewals, ensuring long-term environmental responsibility- Delivering expert support for external sustainability presentations, representing Cisco’s leadership in environmental stewardship- Pioneering circular economy models for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF & E), enhancing resource reuse and waste reduction throughout the portfolio- Leading the project management of smart, sustainable building pilots to accelerate adoption of next-generation workplace technologies- Supporting Sales teams in developing and promoting smart building and environmental monitoring solutions for Cisco clients- Managing the global Electric Vehicle (EV) strategy, enabling sustainable mobility solutions for both Cisco facilities and employees worldwide- Overseeing a comprehensive internal waste program spanning 20 million sqft, including zero waste initiatives at flagship campuses in Research Triangle Park and San Jose- Driving global employee engagement through impactful environmental events and initiatives, fostering a culture of sustainability- Chairing the Research Triangle Foundation’s Sustainability Committee, guiding regional sustainability efforts and partnerships.
