   Mission Support and Test Services LLC is contracted by the Department of Energy to Manage and Operate the Nevada National Security Sites I am the acting Program Manager over the Capabilities Based Investment (CBI) Program, with a rolling average budget of $34M+In this role I- Develop strategies and plan program growth for the next 10+ years- Integrate with 15+ stakeholders to align their mission needs and goals with CBI- Present accomplishments and challenges to senior leadership and Federal Sponsors monthly and weekly- Participate and present at multi-site, cross-functional workshops- Lead and develop a matrixed team of 5 to plan and manage project budgets and schedules- Lead project scoping meetings with multi-disciplinary teams of 20+- Capture data for technical requirements for current and future capabilities- Execute design, procurement, and construction of 10+ projects - Facilitate weekly meetings to discuss progress, schedule, and budget with a team of 5+- Review project charter and functional requirements for 10+ projectsPrior to a reorganization, I also acted as the Program Manager for the High Explosives Facilities and Joint Actinide Shock Physics Experimental Research Facility - Review the Operations and Maintenance budgets, a total of $30M+- Lead financial and schedule reviews with Facility Managers
