As the #1 rep in Mid-America for the biggest turnaround in their territory for secondary dressings at 27% year-over-year in 20••••23, I manage Convatec’s wound care portfolio that spanned four states (NE, IA, SD, ND) and included collaboration with over 350 hospitals working directly with WOCNs, Surgeons, Physicians, NPs, LPNs, RNs as well as Distributor reps and DME reps. I also delivered comprehensive training on Convatec products and wound hygiene to HCPs, kept them up-to-date on new products, and ensured that all clinicians had the knowledge and confidence to use Convatec dressings. I have experience working with purchasing teams to negotiate contracts, pricing, and local agreements. I communicated the benefits of Convatec products and services in a clear and concise way, using clinical evidence to support claims. Most importantly, I built strong relationships with clinicians and purchasing reps, resulting in increased sales and improved patient care. As of September 2023, I took a leap and transferred internally after great success in the Mid-America region and now cover the Austin / San Antonio and southern Texas market where I currently reside.
