About Jordan Johnson
I began my law enforcement career in November 2006 as a Correctional Officer, initially overseeing juveniles tried as adults for serious offenses. I quickly advanced to managing high-risk inmate populations, including maximum security, close custody, acute and sub-acute mental health, and disciplinary housing units, gaining extensive experience in complex and high-pressure environments. In January 2012, I was promoted to Corporal and assigned to the Booking and Release Center, where I developed expertise in inmate intake, classification, and release operations. My commitment to operational excellence and team development led to my promotion to Sergeant in September 2014, where I broadened my leadership scope across security operations and support operations administration. In March 2023, I earned the rank of Lieutenant, where I continue to focus on strategic planning, operational efficiency, staff development, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. I am passionate about mentoring future leaders, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and building resilient teams that deliver results.I look forward to leveraging my experience and leadership skills to meet new challenges, drive positive change, and contribute to the continued success and growth of the organization.
