I’m currently an Installation Technician with AT & T, focused on safety, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of network services in residential and small business environments. This role is giving me practical exposure to telecommunications infrastructure, customer premises equipment, and real-world troubleshooting from the ground up.Prior to AT & T, I worked in healthcare IT supporting end users in regulated environments, with experience in Active Directory, access provisioning, application support, and incident escalation. That background taught me the importance of reliability, clear communication, and supporting users in high-impact settings.I’m intentionally building a strong technical foundation through on-the-job training, CompTIA studies, and hands-on learning, with a long-term goal of growing into networking and cybersecurity roles. I value steady growth, accountability, and doing work the right way — both professionally and personally.Grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and provide for my family while continuing to develop skills that will carry forward long term.
