This includes coordinating implementations, ensuring service performance, and helping leaders achieve payroll accuracy, on-time payments, and LGPS/TPS compliance across their schools.Judicium Education:I connect schools and Trusts with experienced HR and employment law specialists, providing practical support on employee relations, case management, and compliance — ensuring leaders have the guidance and assurance they need to make confident people decisions.Across both services, my focus is on building trusted partnerships, understanding each Trust’s unique challenges, and ensuring the solutions we deliver truly make a difference for their staff and leadership teams.
