I\'m a product designer, and I\'m always a little out of my depth on purpose.That\'s the shortest true version of what I do. Every few years the work asks for something I don\'t know yet, and I figure it out. Agencies taught me to think in systems. Startups taught me to move without guardrails. A healthcare company taught me the distance between designing something and actually shipping it, so I closed the gap.I\'ve spent a decade in product design. Fortune 500 clients (McDonald\'s, Carrier, Home Depot). AR and IoT. Enterprise UX. Then internal product, then in-house at a venture-backed healthcare startup where I\'m currently Director of Product Design. Along the way I picked up TypeScript, React, and Python the same way I picked up everything else: real problems, real constraints, one thing at a time.Some of the work I\'m proudest of:• Patient billing funnel work that drove a 14% lift in payments, on a platform serving 2.5M patients• A market research platform that pulls from Gong, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Feedly (hours of research, compressed to minutes)• An in-app AI response tool that replaced static documentation with something people actually want to use• A Figma design system built from zero in my first two months, still in use todayI\'ve also spent years on the other side of learning. The pattern I keep seeing: real capability comes from building, not from being told how to build.    Sole product designer at a venture-backed healthcare company processing $200M+ in annual payments for 2.5M patients. Promoted to Director in March 2026 after leading design on patient billing, staff-facing tools, and internal AI products.The job has expanded well past Figma.
