ABOUT JORDAN BORAWSKI

I currently serve as the Senior People Operations Partner at Anzu Partners, a venture capital firm investing in early-stage companies across industrial, life sciences, and clean tech. In my role, I partner with 10 of our portfolio companies to deliver human resources, payroll, and benefits support through Anzu’s People Operations and Talent services.I’m passionate about creating people-centered workplaces where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to reach their potential, while also serving as a strategic business partner to leadership.My People Operations experience includes-Onboarding and offboarding-Leave of absence management & ADA accommodations-Performance management and employee relations-Policy creation and compliance-Compensation benchmarking and analysis-Benefits administration and analysis-Employee engagement and retention-Strategic partnerships with C-suite and senior leaders-Payroll processing and auditsBefore transitioning into People Operations, I started my career in Higher Education at public universities, working in Student Conduct, Residence Life, and Academic Advising. These experiences sharpened my skills in communication, conflict resolution, and leadership development. The foundations of which continue to guide my approach to People Operations today.
