Reporting to the Executive Director, Learning & Organizational Development, serves as the primary facilitator for company-wide trainings, and leads program management for Learning & Development offerings. • Oversees the Leadership Development Program, co-facilitating within workshops, developing lab curriculum, and facilitating labs. • Leads curriculum development, program design and communication for the Mentorship Program, including implementing monthly program newsletters. • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition to provide Hiring Training to all hiring managers and interview panelists. Facilitates all trainings, and manages training program updates. • Manages the LMS platform, Bridge, as the primary administrator. Collaborates with key stakeholders to distribute and track mandatory annual trainings (Anti-Harassment and Anti-Corruption Training, IT Security Awareness Training, etc.) • Provides support for New Leader Assimilation meetings through survey administration, data analysis, and facilitating dialog between new leaders and their teams. • Serves as a key facilitator for weekly New Hire Orientation, and assists HRIS with the I-9 verification process. • Assists with ad-hoc Learning & Development requests.
