I have extensive experience helping employers manage their health and welfare plans, bringing organizations the people, processes and vendor partners needed to run their plans effectively and cost efficiently. I offer clients expert advice in the design, administration and funding of employee benefit programs focusing on managing implementation, open enrollment, and compliance regulation. I have the pleasure of working with clients ranging in size from 50 to employees and retirees. My roster of clients has included 17 communities, public schools, and a leading rubber material supplier of the automotive industry. I thrive in situations that require strong communication and problem-solving skills.
