Communication, it’s what I live for! I am a competitive, high-energy and detail oriented manager that is able to bring organization and results driven content to life. I have a passion for learning new things every day. One trait that is easily recognized by my track record is reliability. I am an accomplished problem solver that loves challenges. I’m an experienced manager that specializes in mentoring, training and motivating the teams around me so that we will win, and have fun while doing so. When someone tells you that you gave them exceptional customer service, it is a win in itself. A strong work ethic can become contagious and rub off on to the entire team if you lead by example. I have used that strong work ethic to help pave the way for constant growing success of each staff and store that I have been able to run for our company. During my tenure, I have been able to travel frequently to other stores to help with training, development, remodeling and growing other staffs to get a consistent service culture throughout our wide districts, as well as opening new sites. I am in charge of all hiring, performance evaluations and constant guiding, or as we put it, coaching. I oversee budget management and story/brand development within the location. In my position, it is essential to be a jack of all trades, which includes but not limited to; product marketing, sales training, directing selling activities, driving internal promotions and company programs, inventory and loss prevention, initiatives and guiding principles. It is my job to generate relationships and bring forth continued business growth for our company. I have a perfect attendance record for the year end leadership conference our company provides for the elite managers that have met special requirements to be selected to attend, as well as having been able to win numerous awards from those meetings. I love proving that cant is just a word. Confidence is key!
