The individual projects range between $1 and $3 million and programs with strategic plans of $5 to $30 million each over the next ten years. Program initiation through aligning all stakeholders to common program vision and strategy, strategic design based on data and facilitated stakeholder input, and owner/sponsor approval through presentations. Managing competitive projects to industry benchmarking using risk analysis-based project optimization and lean improvement type project phase reviews. Recent program optimization analyzed the process and cost actuals from recent program projects to minimize process steps and make ratio-based cost estimates for funding requests. This saved project personnel and contract engineering time amounting to $75-$90 K per project and will save $1.2MM over the remaining 6 years of the program.
