About Jordan Baker

I’m a Strategy & Operations lead in People Analytics with 8+ years of progressive experience across corporate technology, HR, and strategy, supported by a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. My work sits at the intersection of people, technology, and systems inside large, complex organizations.I operate in the in-between spaces translating insight into execution, navigating ambiguity, and helping teams move forward when the path isn’t fully defined. I’m especially interested in how decisions are made in practice, how credibility is built over time, and how thoughtful systems enable better work.Outside of my day-to-day role, I speak with students, early-career professionals, and organizations about careers in I/O psychology, people analytics, and corporate tech, as well as leadership, confidence, and growth.
