ABOUT JORDANA TABBUSH

Jordana Tabbush is an Associate Principal with ZS in the San Francisco Office. She helps Fortune 500 clients with a set of issues relating to large programmatic change management, commercial strategy, strategic brand management and customer insight generation. She has special expertise in the oncology healthcare space but works across broad human behavioral change issues, leading ZS\'s change enablement group within the strategy and transformation practice. Jordana has strong expertise in driving commercial strategy, brand planning, organizational change initiatives and the end to end process of developing, acting on, and monitoring customer insights. A major portion of her career has focused on developing a comprehensive understanding of a customer\'s interaction (through primary and secondary research) with a brand to generate insights, develop strategies, and drive revenue. Jordana has also focused time on developing analysts to be known as a key people manager resulting in increased productivity and high levels of motivation among her team. She\'s held both the west and east region Women @ ZS leadership roles and lead multiple offices in growing women\'s engagement and success in management consulting at ZS.Jordana received her BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 2010, with a special emphasis in brand management/new product development, and a minor in global communication.
